Can I park at your place?

Yes, with us you can park for FREE in one of our 2 parking lots (400 parking spaces). There is also space for 2 electric cars to charge.

Is a dog allowed on a whisper boat/cruise?

Yes, a dog is FREE on board

Are there life jackets?

Yes, you get these for FREE. All life jackets may be used on busy days. If you plan to rely on a life jacket, bring your own.

Is there a toilet

We have spacious free toilets and there is also a disabled toilet

Can I still change the booking date?

Can I still change the booking date? Yes, this can be changed up to 24 hours before the start time. Send an email to bootreserveren@smitgiethoorn.nl with your booking number

(Not possible in July, August and September)

I didn’t receive an email, now what?

The email may have ended up in your spam folder. If you cannot find them, you can always send an email to bootreserveren@smitgiethoorn.nl. If the money was debited but you did not receive a confirmation, do not worry, the reservation was 100% correct in our system.
